Watermark offers meeting spaces for small community groups and book clubs, baby showers and teacher in-service days, board retreats, and planning sessions. Catering and beverage service is available for meeting groups, as well as projection systems.
There is a $25 fee per hour to rent our meeting room. This must be paid before the meeting takes place. No outside food or drink, nor outside sales are permitted (we can provide catering, and groups are encouraged to order right off our menu. We'll bring the food down to you). We are open from 9-4 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 9-3 Saturday and Sunday, and 9-7 on Thursday. Room reservations can not be made anytime later than two hours before closing, and groups must be finished by half an hour before closing. Groups are allowed entrance fifteen minutes before their starting time for any set-up needs (if you need more time, please let us know).

This space seats up to 18 comfortably and is available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (on Thursdays; the store closes at 4 on the weekdays and therefore the rooms must be open at 3:30 pm. On weekends, 2:30 pm). Breakfast trays, soup and sandwich trays, or even casserole and salad buffets work well in this space. A beverage spread can include coffee, tea, and water. And a dessert tray wraps up the event nicely. Because we have a restaurant, outside food cannot be brought in. The projector and screen are available for a nominal fee.
