About Ti'Juana Hardwell
Ti’Juana Hardwell is a Wichita-based entrepreneur and a committed community member. She earned her BA in Communications from Wichita State University’s Elliott School of Communication. She later launched Mamarazzi Entertainment Magazine, an independent urban entertainment magazine which highlighted emerging artists, small business owners and community leaders.
Hardwell now owns and operates Mamarazzi Communications, LLC, a strategic communication and marketing company which supports small business owners, organizations and entertainers with garnering publicity. Through Mamarazzi Communications she also provides consultation services and project management to a number of clients who rely on her innovativeness and promotion.
In 2020 Hardwell was named one of Women Who Lead in Marketing & Communications by the Wichita Business Journal. She currently serves as Chair of Diversity and Inclusion for the Kansas Chapter of Public Relations Society of America and also the Marketing Chair for Wichita Urban Professionals.
About Danielle Johnson
I am an affordable housing advocate, conversation catalyst, inclusion and diversity educator, community mobilizer, and super volunteer. I serve as the Executive Director for Wichita Habitat for Humanity and majority owner of Inclusive Growth Strategies an Inclusion and Diversity consulting business. I've dedicated the last two decades of my life working alongside various communities, and providing inclusion and diversity programs, training, and facilitated dialogues that enrich the organizations and communities that I work with. I have no shortage of board experience having served in several spaces.
I've taken a number of courses to hone my leadership skills with Advance Kansas Class VI, Kansas Leadership Center, Young Professionals of Wichita Leadership Academy, and Leadership Wichita.
The most important part of my life and the package deal I bring to the table are my three kids Khairi, Aria, Arin, and spouse Councilmen for Wichita District 1 Brandon Johnson. We are a family dedicated to servant leadership.
I live by the motto "Think, Speak, and Act for yourself and the community".
