Longitude Book Club Meeting with Special Guest Jean-Philippe Blondel

Watermark's Longitude Book Club is having a special book club meeting on Tuesday, August 29th at 6 pm with international bestselling author Jean Philippe-Blondel. Known for his bestselling novel 6:41 to Paris. The book club will be meeting to discuss Blondel's latest book, Cafe Unfiltered. Which is a book that centers on a Paris cafe and follows the medley of characters that enter the cafe in a 24-hour period. As with all of the Longitude Book Club meetings this will be held over Zoom.

Virtual Event with Rae Meadows & Sonya Chung

Watermark Books & Café is excited for our virtual event with Rae Meadows to celebrate her newest book, Winterland! This novel tells the story of Anya in the Soviet Union in 1973 as she rises through the ranks of competitive gymnastics, and as other girls fall from grace, as she soon comes to realize that there is very little margin of error for anyone and so much to lose. Rae will be in conversation with Sonya Chung, author of The Loved Ones. This event will take place virtually on Thursday, December 1st at 6pm CST.

Instagram Live Event with Kendall Kulper in conversation with Mackenzi Lee

Watermark Books and Cafe is excited to be hosting an Instagram Live event with Kendall Kulper and Mackenzi Lee! Kendall is the author of Murder for the Modern Girl, a young adult, Gatsby-era, swoon-worthy love story. Mackenzi is the author of The Nobleman's Guide to Scandal and Shipwrecks, the third and final book in the Montague Siblings series. These two fabulous authors will be joining us on Tuesday, July 26nd on Instagram Live, time TBD. It will also be streamed on our Facebook. 

Virtual Event with Sunyi Dean in conversation with Olivie Blake

Watermark Books and Cafe is thrilled to be partnering with New Orleans bookstore Tubby & Coo's for a multi-bookstore virtual event with author Sunyi Dean for her newest release, The Book Eaters. Sunyi will be in conversation with Olivie Blake, author of Atlas Six. This event will take place on Thursday, August 4th at 5pm, and will be streamed live to Watermark's Facebook page.
