Spilled Inklings Book Club
The newest addition to Watermark's book club family! The Spilled Inklings reading list is comprised of science fiction, fantasy, Steampunk and Cyberpunk, Gothic fiction, and anything else out-of-the-ordinary. Led by Cat Connolly, who has a BA in English from Newman University, the group meets on the third Friday of every month at 6:00 pm to talk hobbits and mythology. As for the group's name, Cat says; "I stole it from 'The Inklings,' the famed book club begun by Oxfordians C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. But we aren't on par with those dons, so we're as good as spilled ink."
