Need another fun beach read? Take Jemima J with you, and you will be
entertained for hours while sitting in the sun drinking fun drinks with
umbrellas in them.

Jemima J. is an overweight single gal living in London and looking for love.  She eats through the day while working for a small London paper. After taking a class learning about the Internet, Jemima's world has just expanded.

She meets Brad in a chat room and they quickly become friends. Soon, they are exchanging pictures via e-mail. Jemima sends her picture... but has it altered so that she weighs 120 lbs (she is currently 203). Where is the harm in that? Brad lives in California and Jemima in London. Their paths will not cross... right? That is, until Brad encourages Jemima to visit him in California to see if they can make their relationship work in person.

Jemima decides to join the gym and become the person in the photo she sent to Brad. Finally, she takes the big trip to California to see if she has found the love of her life.

Will Jemima be happier when she loses all the weight? Would Brad like her if she were overweight? Did Jemima J. find true love?
