Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen.

I started reading my mom's very old and brittle copy of Pride and Prejudice. But since the binding's starting to come apart, I asked if she could buy a new copy for me to read. She brought home the complete set of Jane Austen's novels in one volume. So now I'm starting at the front of the book and working my way back! Mr. Darcy will just have to wait.

New Moon by Stephenie Meyer.

I read somewhere that Stephenie Meyer said everybody should read New Moon twice: once to get over the fact that Edward's not around for a while, and once again to see what you missed the first time because you were too busy wondering when Edward was coming back.

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer.

I can't help myself. My mom's getting mad at me, too.

Death by Latte by Linda Gerber.

Aphra is excited and on her way to find her mom; too bad her mom isn't so excited. When Seth shows up and asks Aphra to give back the ring he gave her (because the Agency has his dad and he needs to trade the ring in). She would willingly give it to him, but it was taken from her! Will they find the ring in time to save his dad? This book was same as the first: awesome!

Death by Bikini by Linda Gerber.

One of the best books ever! This is just a good book with no facts, perfect for people who like Nancy Drew. Death by Bikini is about a girl named Aphra Connolly. She lives and helps run a beach resort on an island with her dad. It's their off season, and only two villas are filled, until a mysterious family, the Smiths, arrive. WhenAphra falls in love with "Adam Smith," a.k.a. Seth Mulo, she can't help but dig into the Mulo mystery, but the deeper she goes, the more lives are at stake--including her own.

What I Saw and How I Lied by Judy Blundell.

When Evie's step-father Joe returns home from the war, everything is supposed to go back to normal, but things are far from normal. Joe keeps getting phone calls from "ex-GI's" who want jobs. Or at least that's what he says. One night, when Joe takes a call, he wants to go on a trip to Florida, so they leave the next morning. When they arrive, everything is normal, until a "friend" of Joe's from the war comes along, and Evie finds herself falling in love with him.

Paisley Hanover Acts Out by Cameron Tuttle.

Paisley Hanover is a normal 10th grader with normal problems: your crush doesn't know you exist, you never see your best friend anymore (she's with her new boyfriend), and there's too many kids in Yearbook so you get stuck in Drama... not to mention your new locker stalker.

The English Roses: The New Girl by Madonna.

"The New Girl" is the third book in Madonna's "The English Roses" series. It is about a girl named Nichole who meets a girl named Leslie while on vacation. Leslie lives in New York while Nichole lives in London. The only way they connect is by e-mail. In an e-mail Nichole gets from Leslie she finds out Leslie is going to live in London for a few months! Nichole it excited, but the first day of school with Leslie didn’t go so great her friends. The English Roses hated her because she was different than them with her (American ways.)

Now let's get back to The English Roses. They are a group of five girls who are all best friends. They do everything together! And I mean EVERYTHING! No they are not a club at school just a bunch of friends. And as I have already told you they dislike Leslie, one of Nichole's best friends. And Nichole starts ditching The English Roses to spend time with Leslie. Can The English Roses keep their five? Our will they allow six?

Her other mother wants to sew button eyes on Coraline because the other parents have buttons for eyes too. Coraline had fun at this other world but she missed her real parents after a day, so she decided to go back home. But when she went home her parents where gone! She knew who had taken them when she went back here other mother locked her in a closet, but in the closet were children’s bodies but not their souls. Their souls were hidden. Can Coraline find the souls of the locked children can she save her parents in time? You will have to read to find out.

Babymouse #5: Heartbreaker by Jennifer L. Holm and Matthew Holm.

This story is about well a girl who can’t find anyone to go to the dance with, and she gets so tired of waiting she starts asking the boys. So this book is kind of like a comic book, and it's also interesting.

I finished this in a day because I just wanted to read, but anyone could finish this in a day. First you need to have time (I was sitting at my mom’s work,) second, it is very interesting and you won't want to put it down.

The recommended ages who would be interested would be 7-10 year olds so... that can help parents pick out the book for the right age!

Toys Go Out by Emily Jenkins.

In this book, the toys are alive. Well, everything is pretty much alive, but the humans don't know it. There are a bunch of problems such as having to go to the creepy scary washer, to not being able to swim. This book was very interesting and I would recommend it to people who like make-believe.
