Watermark Books & Cafe will host former Wichitan, author Nathan Hill, and representatives from Penguin Random House on Tuesday, Oct. 25. Hill will discuss his debut novel, The Nix, and the reps will talk about must-have titles for winter 2016. Watermark Cafe will provide snacks for the event.

Watermark Books & Cafe will host author Janice Y.K. Lee for an author talk and signing of The Expatriates on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 6:00 p.m.

Watermark Books & Cafe will host author Chris Bohjalian on Friday, Nov. 4 at 6:00 p.m. The event will take place at Headspace, at the southwest corner in Lincoln Heights Village, just four doors down from Watermark Books & Cafe. 

Jennifer Mathieu

Watermark Books & Cafe will host author Jennifer Mathieu for an author luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 1:00 p.m. in Watermark Cafe. Jennifer Mathieu will talk about her latest book, Devoted, as well as how she juggles teaching with being a best-selling author. 

Tim O'Bryhim & Mike Romalis

Watermark Books & Cafe will host authors Tim O'Bryhim and Mike Romalis on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 6:00 p.m. for an author talk and signing of their book Make This Town Big: The Story of Roy Turner and the Wichita Wings. The event is free to attend and open to the public. Roy Turner will also be in attendance to answer questions about Wichita's iconic team. 

Karin Slaughter

Watermark Books & Cafe will host author Karin Slaughter for a reading and signing of her book The Kept Woman on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 6:00 p.m.

Watermark Books & Cafe will host author Leigh Bardugo in conversation with young adult author Ally Carter about her newest book Crooked Kingdom on Thursday, Sept. 29 at 6:00 p.m. The event will take place at Abode Venue, located in the Douglas Design District at 1330 E. Douglas. Doors open at 5:00, and the event will start at 6:00 p.m. 

The event is free to attend, but in order to have books signed by Leigh Bardugo, attendees must purchase one of her books. Priority signing will be given to those who purchase Crooked Kingdom.
